They dont like to get their feet wet and they also realize when it is time to stop. Not to sound like a downer but I know that a lot of trainers are not very good at all.
While it’s not much to brag about, we did find that the company has really stepped up its hiring practices. The best part is that they make these programs easily available to the public, so you can use them at your own discretion. You just need something special designed for you.
