What we eat has a huge impact on our health. You will find that you just can’t stop eating until your body starts to feel more satisfied. At the same time, you can’t eat all the food in the world. Your body needs the balance of essential nutrients that you can’t get from just eating the same food over and over again.

And if we have a lot of chocolate we can eat it in the morning, it helps keep us strong for the day.
But sometimes we need to make something up and put it someplace else. Like if we’re in the middle of a trip, but we can’t really pack the bag without eating something that has to go with it. We’ll make up a snack food or a snack that is only a small amount of food and leave the rest at home. This is how we know that we have a full stomach (or empty one) and we are strong enough to face whatever comes our way.
