I got on the diet for about a year. I was still too lazy to do anything about it. I was still too lazy to even google it. I was still too lazy to talk to my friends. I was still too lazy to do anything other than stare at my food. I was still too lazy to read my favorite magazine. I was still too lazy to do anything but watch TV.
There are a number of reasons why dieting can be a good thing. It can be used as an exercise regimen, as a way to change your eating habits, or to just make life easier. For me, it was about finding a way to cut down on the amount of calories I consumed. Also, in my case, the diet was probably a way to lose weight, so I was less likely to gain weight on it.
It’s not just me. A new study out of the University of Illinois found that people who ate less often during the weekend were less likely to gain weight. As long as you’re not doing it to “make life easier,” your dieting can be beneficial for your health.
I’m not sure if a daily diet is necessary to lose weight, but it does seem like it could be beneficial. While this study was only tested on college students, it may have some validity for the broader population.
What a coincidence that I saw this study while looking at the video of the Pokemon Go capture circle. I can’t wait to see the results of the new studies that come out of the University of Illinois in the future.
It’s hard to get a definitive conclusion about the effects of dieting without testing it first on a larger group of people. The University of Illinois tested the diet on a group of college students, but the results were inconclusive and the team believes that more research must be done in order to determine the full benefits of dieting.
A lot of studies have been conducted on dieting and its effects on weight loss and weight gain. But few of them have actually been followed up on for many years and we can’t really know what we have until we actually see it happen.
