It is time for me to admit that I’m a rebel when it comes to food. I am in a “real food” phase of my life and I’m totally embracing it. I’ve been eating a ton of raw veggies and fruits, and am craving a lot of “real food”. I am not a fan of sugar and starch at all, although I do like some types and enjoy them when they’re cooked.
Real food is one of those things that you have to be in the right mindset to like. That means you have to be in a state of full-blown rebellion to really appreciate it. Because as much as I adore my cravings, I am not about to give up my real food. I have been sneaking a bowl of raw eggs and raw sausage when I go out for lunch and im in a full-blown rebellion.
We’re not talking about eating out of a can. We’re talking about eating real food that is raw and organic. That means no refined sugar, no starch, and no milk products. Like real food, bacon, eggs, and vegetables will satisfy your real hunger.
Also, bacon is an animal that should not have been bred.
A lot of people think this is a pretty extreme approach, but I love it. It’s the kind of rebellion that you only find in real life if you’ve been to a protest or even a protest in real life.
