Recovery is all about making progress towards your goals. Thats why I use the word “recovery”. The most important thing to remember is that your goal is not to get better, but to get your goals accomplished. If you want to get better, then do it now. If you want to get your goals accomplished, then do it NOW.

Sure, there are always ways to get better, but the real goal is to get your goals accomplished. And in this case, the goal is not to get better. The goal is to get your goals accomplished. And the best way to accomplish your goals, is to know your goals, and to stop being afraid of the unknown.

In recovery, your goal is to get your goals accomplished. In recovery, you don’t have to do things that you don’t want to do, you just have to do them. But you don’t have to do things that you don’t want to do, just because you want to do them. Recovery is a way to stop being afraid of the unknown by having the courage to start doing things that you want to do.

If you are a runner, you may want to consider starting a recovery program for yourself, so that you don’t have to do things that you dont want to do in the first place. In the case of a running or triathlon, it would be a way to continue training in the race, but not to get too frustrated with the race.

It’s not just that runners need to move forward. It’s that runner needs to move forward even if he is afraid of the unknown. If you are a runner, you will want to find a way to start doing things that you want to do, even if you are afraid of the unknown. If you are afraid of the unknown, then you wont want to start even the most basic of things you want to do.
