I have no idea what or who the reg park workout is. I do know that I love it. I have run it several times a week for the last 2 years. I’ve never been one to do a long run or a hill workout, and this is the first time I’ve been able to do both on a regular basis. I’ve never been one to do a workout and not get sore afterwards, but I had a good time today.
Well said! You get more out of a workout than you do from eating a ton of food. You can also build a good base of strength with a ton of easy exercises. Reg Park is an extremely easy set. You just have to walk and do some squats and push-ups.
You don’t have to do a whole lot to do a workout, or even walk. All you really have to do is do the movements and rest. A good base of strength that you build up from doing the movements and rest will help you to build up a good base of strength during the actual workout. Also, it’s good to have a partner. It’s hard to work out alone.
Reg Park is a great workout to build up a base of strength during the actual workout. It’s easy and fun to do. If you have other gym members, you can help each other out if needed.

Reg Park is a very safe place for people to work out, and I am confident they have had a few of their classes at home, too. They also have a great facility.
I went there this morning and took a few classes there. They have a great facility, with the most basic facilities for a beginner. The only major difference between the class I took there and the classes I’ve taken there in the past is the fact that they have a separate room for those who need to do weights. I’m sure they’re taking more classes from beginner to intermediate, so they’re making themselves as accessible as possible.
I think the people who train there are really smart and know what theyre doing. But Im sure the class I took there was also pretty basic and it was pretty much to the point of giving you the same workout as you would do at home.
