This is my top-performing leg workout and it’s also my favorite one. I do it for 5 to 10 minutes a day before I go to bed. The combination of a nice, full-body leg press with a few other exercises and weights makes this an awesome workout.

But the squat is a great exercise for building strength, and the deadlift is an excellent exercise for building strength, and you can do it by yourself. Of course, like most of the other exercises, if youre not a strong person, you can do it in a group setting or with a friend.

When youre a beginner, your strength and coordination are at a pretty low level, so you may find yourself needing someone to hold you while you perform the exercise.
