You’ve seen this video before, but I like to repeat it here: I’m not a huge fan of the “Rule 1”. It’s one of those things that people will tell you are important when you hear it and you’ll hear it again and again. I’m going to tell you something that I’ve learned over the years.

I’m not sure what makes me more confident about eating a lot of protein than eating a lot of water. I guess I’ve always been more confident about eating a lot of vegetables than drinking a lot of water because I eat more of them.
