running sets: Expectations vs. Reality

This summer we are going to be running lots. I know, it’s a bummer! But we’ve been preparing for this for a long time and I trust that this is a good habit to get into. Running really allows you to get outside and run.

It isn’t something you can run to the grocery store or do other physical activity. Its more of a mental activity where you get to put physical movement into the process. Running has been around for a while, but until now, there’s not been a game where you can literally run on a scale. Until now.

For the first time, we are going to be running on a scale. The scale will be a flat surface, probably like a sidewalk. The player will be equipped with a pair of hand-held treadmills. This would allow us to go from zero to 60 in just a few steps. It would also allow you to do a little run-walk-walk, if you so choose.

You can change the speed of your steps so that you can go from zero to 60 in a single step. This would allow us to set up certain situations in which we need to be able to move from zero to 60 very quickly.

A few times a day we’d have to run up from one of the buildings, maybe a library, and walk to the other. This could be a fairly fast walk, but we’d need to run up and down stairs and get to the top of one building before we needed to come back down.

If you run up to the end of the building, you have to walk back down. This could be a moderately fast walk, but it could also be a long, slow one.

You could also run as fast as you wanted, but you needed to run to make it to the top. Or you could run as slow as you wanted, but you needed to run to the end of the building. Or you could keep running as fast as you wanted, but you needed to run at a steady pace.

It’s easy to get lost in the maze of building codes and safety rules when you’re on a run. I like to think I’m a fairly good runner of those, but I’m not. Thats true. But you dont have to be a runner to have fun in a lot of different ways, even if its just going to a run and exercising. Theres a ton of ways to do this that doesnt involve running.

I can think of a few ways to jog in your garage. Maybe youre on a run when you see a bunch of cars in your garage and you just get a little bit excited. Then you go in the garage and start to jog. Then its a little weird because you can tell there is something wrong, but its ok, there is also a ton of stuff you could do.
