I’m a big believer in mindfulness meditation. I’ve practiced this over and over and over again, but I’ve found that just breathing and focusing on the present moment can help people improve their focus, mental acuity, and overall performance. I know there are people who say they don’t meditate, but I’m one of them.
Im not sure that meditation alone is always going to improve people. There are studies that show that meditation can actually make people more violent and aggressive. People can be too distracted by their thoughts, so meditation can help you focus more on the present moment. I do think that if you find that you’re generally in a distracted state when you exercise, meditation can be a good way to bring that to a halt.
