As we all know, stair push ups are incredibly challenging to do, and it would be easy to give up, but the results are so much better than you would think. You can get some serious results here. I’ve seen so many people struggle, but the results are so worth it.
First, stair push ups require a lot of focus and energy, but as I’ve mentioned before, the results are so worth it. The video above shows how effective the stair push ups are when it comes to improving strength and toned muscles.
There are plenty of methods for strengthening the body. Here are four of my favorites. But before we go there, lets talk about the best stair push ups. The first one is the push up on the stairs. It’s the most basic of the bunch. It’s a simple push up that requires no special equipment, but is the most effective when you can get down on your knees and do it. If you can get your butt down that high onto the step, the rest will follow.
The second is a push up like the first, but on the ground. This is the most versatile of the bunch. You can do it standing on the floor, or on your hands and knees. You can do it with a squat or a pushup. You can do it with your shoulders or your arms. You can do it with your legs and your abs. Whatever you do, it all works.

I don’t have a training schedule for stair push ups, but I do know this: I can do them. Every time. I’ve even tried them while I was holding on to my wife. It’s a small miracle that I don’t have any medical issues related to the push up.
The video I linked to above is the only stair push up video I’ve seen that wasn’t a pushup. Every other stair push up I’ve seen is a pushup. You can do them with your muscles, with your shoulders, with your legs, with your abs, with your shoulders, with your arms, with your thighs, with your abs, with your feet, with your legs, with your legs. So that’s a pretty awesome set of stair push ups.
