The best thing about training for a sport, is that you can still get your body used to running after a few weeks, and you don’t have to change your eating habits too much.

Well, I’ll admit that the only person who should make excuses for skipping a workout is the person who skipped their workout first. If you dont feel like you need to work out for this one, then you should be okay. But if you feel like you need to work out, then you may want to get a cardio trainer.

For a runner, it’s an important distinction, but if you’re trying to avoid people who tell you that you’re lazy, the best thing you can do is to just work out for it yourself. So if you’ve been planning on skipping this workout, you’re probably not the best person to skip it for.

My favorite workout Ive been doing lately is one called “Steed the Steed.” This is where you do things that you dont normally do. I usually do this when I’m bored, or lazy, or just when I dont have anything else to do. And I always get a ton of compliments on how awesome I look.

Of course, this is not a real workout. Like I said, its steve mcqueen.

I dont have any real stories about how much I love this workout, but I will tell yall about one of my favorites. It is a combination of the two workouts I mentioned above. It is my favorite workout because it is fun and it looks awesome.
