Yes, it’s true. You are ageing so fast, you are no longer in control of what you do.
We all know the statistics about how people get older, but the problem is that we are often never asked to think about the why of our ageing. When something happens to you, and you wonder why you’re aging, you can’t always say it was a result of bad luck, bad genes, bad diet, or bad rest, because you are literally ageing. No, you are ageing because you are still in control.
The fact is that everything we do is in slow motion. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are many methods to be able to slow down ageing and to actually enjoy ageing. These techniques are very different, but all of them come with a caveat.
The first is to eat. Its not hard. But the second is to sleep. Its not that hard. But the third is to exercise. It isnt that hard. But the fourth is to find ways to relax. Not to mention the fifth is to have a great attitude. All of these factors have to come together. You dont have to wait for yourself to find your way. You can achieve it yourself.
I think the fact that most of us live so long means we need to find ways to relax and spend time doing things we love. We also need to exercise, and eat right, and get enough sleep. These are the basic ingredients that we need to have to maintain our lives so that we can keep our self-respect and our mental health in check.
I agree. You should be taking care of yourself. It’s important to take the time to care for your body in a healthy way. You shouldn’t be just eating whatever crap you can find in the grocery store. You need to get enough exercise to keep your muscles limber and your mind sharp. You need to eat healthy and healthy. You need to take care of yourself.
I think this really applies to everything in life. If you don’t take care of yourself, then you’re putting yourself at risk of disease. When we don’t take care of ourselves, we don’t take care of each other. We’re less likely to take care of the people we love. We’re not taking a good enough care of the people we’ve given our lives to.
It’s true. If we don’t take care of ourselves, then we are putting ourselves at risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. If we stop taking care of ourselves, then we are putting ourselves at risk of developing Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, and other dementias. There are people who think that getting older is a disease. We don’t know what it is but we will.
The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
