I was just going to say that sumo is a workout for the whole body, but when I first started, I thought of sumo as a workout for the mind. In reality though, it is a workout for the mind and body, but especially for the mind. It teaches you how to use the brain, which is one of our main tools for self-awareness.

The biggest reason I find Sumo so challenging to work on is because I don’t have to think about the mechanics of why I’m doing it. If it’s because I want to improve my endurance, I feel like I’m going to do a lot more of it. If it’s because I want to perform better at lifting weights, I’m going to do more of that.
Sumo is a ton of fun for me because it allows me to do things I normally couldn’t because I’m so focused on my end goal. I’ve got a really hard time getting into the “mental state” of sumo because I have to think about every single move I’m making. I can’t seem to get my mind to stop racing from thought to thought.
Sumo is an interesting exercise because you can do it a lot, like 100 at a time. A lot of people will think that this is dumb or difficult, but I find it really easy. I can do it for a long time, but usually just half a minute a day. I only do it when I feel like I need to, but there is no limit to how many times I can do it.

You need to be able to do sumo in a real gym. You need to be able to do sumo in a real gym, which I don’t think is possible. So you need to be a strong swimmer.
The sumo thing I found easy was to find sumo partners. I usually went to a sumo dojo, where they would give you a sumo workout. I found that it was easy to find people who really did the sumo.
