I love tabata. This recipe is great for when you want to change up your routine or the flavor of your pasta.
I have trouble with the pasta part, but I’m not entirely sure why. Sometimes, I just use it to put the pasta in the sauce and then I can just put it in the microwave and I’m good to go. Other times, I’m sure it’s because I’m lazy.
If you want to use it to make “normal” pasta, you can do so, but I think that the problem with this is that it looks as messy as the regular spaghetti, which is bad.

Well, we may have a more advanced form of self-awareness, but tabata is definitely a thing we may be able to take advantage of. It’s basically a pasta recipe minus the sauce. (I also think the spaghetti has to be red, because white pasta is so hard to make.
