The food that we eat is a reflection of the type of person we are. I am a very sweet person, but that doesn’t mean my food has to be a sugar-filled mess. I have been known to enjoy a sweet treat after a long day of work, but when I am having a good time, my tasties soul food is the way to go. It is one of my favorite foods that I am able to enjoy and feel good while doing it.
Like most foods, sweet treats are usually calorie rich and easy to overeat. A large number of sweet foods can have a big impact on your weight so it is important to be careful of what you eat. I always have two sweet treats to eat at a time because I want to be able to enjoy them without feeling deprived. I eat the bigger one first, and then the smaller one the next time I eat sweet food.
My favorite sweet treat is usually a banana, but I also love a banana split. I eat one whole banana and then eat two slices of that while watching Netflix. It’s that simple.
