When you’re in the midst of yoga, your mind is completely focused on yoga. Your breath is important to your yoga, your posture is important to your yoga, and your body is important to your yoga. If you can’t enjoy your practice, your practice is meaningless.
That’s true of yoga, and it’s even more true of yoga asanas (poses). At least that’s what I’ve been told by those in the know. Yoga classes are fun and relaxing, but they’re also relaxing. They’re just for you, and they’re not for everyone. They’re for you, and you only need to do them for a few minutes at a time. You don’t have to do them for three hours every day to be a true yogi.

For example, if you learn how to do Warrior poses, you can then do other poses around the room that you can do multiple times.
You can also do sit ups to help increase your flexibility, and if you think you can do a lot of poses, you can even do them in a standing position. You can also do poses by sitting on the floor, or by lying on your back. All you have to remember is to do just a few poses, and then you should be good to go.
For instance, I’ve been doing Warrior poses for years and I don’t see any sign of aging and arthritis in my body. These poses have made me feel great, and I highly recommend them. But when you’re doing them, it’s crucial to remember to keep your body balanced and in proper alignment. You don’t want to fall over or trip yourself, which is why it’s so important to practice yoga and do it for a specific purpose.
