I have had this machine for a while, and I have never felt any discomfort. I am not sure about all the claims that Titan fitness makes in the press, but I have never had a problem using this machine. It seems to be the perfect weight-training machine, and I can’t see why anyone would want to spend thousands of dollars on a machine for training when there are so many free weight machines out there that are much more affordable.

It’s nice that you can buy a machine that lets you do your own weight training, but it also lets you set your own goals. So you can build a weight training plan that is tailored to your needs and it can be very specific or it can be very general. But if your goals are very specific and you stick to it, you will be very successful at building muscle.
For the first few weeks I used the sandbag, then I got tired of it and stopped using it. It got really frustrating because I didn’t have a plan. The reason I do the exercises is because I want to get better. If I had a trainer, I would have to do the same thing but with a different goal. I would want to get stronger and fitter so I have to do something different.
