I’m sure you’ve heard at least one person say that he or she is going to do tricep bodyweight exercises to lose weight. I can’t speak for all people, but I want to give my personal experience. I am a huge fan of tricep exercises so I decided to try them out. I can honestly say that I am so much more confident about my body now than I was before I started doing tricep exercises.
