I love the way I can do shoulder exercises without any of the discomfort of traditional push-ups. When I first started doing tricep push-ups, I thought I was doing push-ups. I thought the way I was moving my hands was a push-up. A few weeks later, I was doing tricep push-ups. I didn’t have to think about doing push-ups anymore. I could do them with no thought, no self-awareness.
In addition to this, the tricep exercise is a very good way to work your glutes, calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors. It’s also a great way to strengthen all your core muscles, which is something that most people don’t realize when they exercise.
One of the first things I did when I discovered tricep push-ups was to try to get them on a regular basis. I started doing them every day after showering, or after taking a shower. It made the day go by so much faster and I had more motivation to go to the gym, workout, and try to get more tricep push-ups.
The fact is muscle soreness and strength gains aren’t just about working out more. The body is a complex machine and to make the best use of it, we must also improve our fitness. So a lot of the times we see new workout routines are actually a bit of a waste of time. A lot of people just want to push themselves too much and fail to get the results they want.
If you’ve noticed, I can’t resist to include the word “tricep” in each of my posts. It’s a muscle located between the shoulder blades and it is a key element for building a lot of core strength. If you look at a tricep, the two muscle groups of the back are called biceps and triceps respectively.
It’s a nice little muscle but really, its a little bit too small to be of any real use in any kind of strength training. However, its one of the “more useful” muscles because it’s one of the few muscles that actually gets a lot of workout and can be used to work all the different muscle groups of the body.
