Triceps machine is just one of those things that I see quite a bit of and I don’t really know why. I guess it is because it is a good exercise to start with, and then as I get a bit stronger, I would like to add something a bit more challenging to it, like a triceps curl or a chin-up. These exercises are really hard to get right, and it’s very effective at doing them in the short time it takes.
