The time of the day can be your worst enemy, as it is by far the most influential element of your day. The time of the day can be a bit of a nightmare for you, because there is no way to know how long you will live. Every day is a new opportunity to improve your life.
The second most important time of day is the hour. You can think of it as the third most important time of day, because the other two are completely non-negotiable. You can’t plan your day around either of those, so you have to think ahead and plan your day around the hour. If you spend your day trying to do too much at any given time, you’ll get bored and lose your energy.
The hour is the most important time of day, so you can spend it doing anything you like. That includes not doing anything you don’t want to do. If you’re going to be in your house all day, you might as well do it from your bedroom. If you’re going to be on the road all day, you might as well be doing it on your phone.
For me, my best day is when I do nothing at all. The time I spend doing something I dont want to do is the time that I lose energy.
The best time to do nothing is during the day. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been out walking at night in the early hours of the morning when I’ve had the lights on and there’s absolutely no traffic, no cars, no pedestrians, and the only sounds I hear are the occasional songbird or the faint sound of a dog barking. That’s the only thing that reminds me I’m alive.
I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not, but I think your best time is when you have nothing else to do but sleep. When your brain is still alert enough to think and act, you have a good day.
This is something I like to think about during the day, because in the middle of the day it tends to get really busy. We tend to be a bit more distracted in the middle of the day because we tend to be on our computers, doing work, and socializing. But at the same time, when you have a full day, when you are not going to be rushing from place to place, you are more likely to have a good day at the end of the day.
The point of good days is to keep us motivated. We’re just as likely to get distracted as to be fully absorbed, so we need to remind ourselves to keep our brains on task. That means turning off our gadgets, leaving our brains on the task, and getting out and about.
People often talk about how they need to get out and about more, or go to a gym, or get a nice dinner, or something like that. But you don’t have to be a robot to get more out of life. Even if you’ve been sitting in front of your computer all day, you can still just get out into nature and get some fresh air. You don’t need to go to a spa to take advantage of the fresh air.
We think about getting more out of life all the time. It’s a part of our routine, and a part of our culture. But it can also mean making a few short stops at your favorite shops to buy the coolest stuff. If you’re thinking of starting your day with a walk in the park, there are a few places that will keep your mind off your computer and on the task. Also, you can always bring your tablet home and just sit in the kitchen and enjoy your food.
