It’s the second week of the yoga challenge. I have a hard time not doing as many poses as I normally do because I am so nervous about the changes. I mean, if you’re going to practice yoga, you can’t just show up and lie on the mat and do as many poses as you’d like. The second challenge is that I have to use a different form of yoga every day. I’m not going to lie, it’s difficult to do.
We all know that the yoga challenge is about doing yoga in a way that is comfortable and easy for everyone to do. In my case, I am doing the “Parsva” form. So basically, I will only do this pose for a few minutes and then go back to my regular yoga poses. But I have to know what are my poses. The second challenge is that im going to have to do only two poses in a row.
Sounds like a challenge. I guess it will get interesting over the next few days because the second challenge is very important. If you’ve had the experience of trying to do a full yoga challenge without knowing what your poses are and you’ve come up with a new pose, then you may have a problem. As I said, this challenge has to be done in the beginning, but once you’ve done two poses in a row, you have to start over.
