We all know that it’s a good thing to be mindful of our diet and exercise, but the fact is this is a small percentage of our lives. We aren’t that important. However, we do pay a great deal of attention to the things that we do, because it’s what we do that makes the world go around.
One of the most important factors in our diet is sleep. Sleep is an important part of our health, as it allows our bodies to recover from stress, illness, trauma, etc. And because it is so critical, we all have some kind of sleep schedule. It can be the same time of the day, or even the day before, or the day after.
One of the best ways to keep yourself regular is to set a bedtime. And it’s not just a matter of having a bedtime. You need a bedtime too! I’ve been told by some of my wife’s friends that some of them have taken a bath at night and had been going to bed and waking up at the same time for years in order to achieve this goal.
I personally have one of those. I have my alarm set for the same time every night, and I set my bedtime at the same time as my alarm. You only need to change your bedtime by a few minutes here and there. And you dont need to drink coffee or eat orange juice before you go to bed (although I know that some people do).
I know that I’m not the only person who does this. I mean, I think I’m the only one who does this. But my wife has a habit of waking up at the same time as my alarm clock and going straight to bed.
We’ve all been there. We all agree that the best way to get yourself to bed is to set your bedtime at the same time as your alarm clock. I mean, come on. You have to get up at the same time every night, you have to start your day at the same time, and you have to eat/drink/etc. at the same time. Even if it’s just a quick snack at the end of the day.
Yeah, Im all about the same thing. We all have this habit of getting up at the same time every day, starting our day at the same time, eating and drinking at the same time etc. etc. etc.
A lot of people get their bedtime right around the same time as their alarm clock. For example, my dad’s alarm clock is set for 12:45am, but he gets up at 7:45am. So, with him, it’s still 12:45am.
I’ve always wondered why my dad sets his alarm clock at the same time as mine. I guess it’s to avoid any conflicts. We all get up at the same time, go to bed at the same time, and eat at the same time.
One of those things. Many people, myself included, find it difficult to get to bed on time. There are lots of reasons. Some people just don’t like the idea of getting up at the same time as their alarm clock, and the idea that they might have to deal with an extra hour of sleep when they wake up is a hassle. There are also people who are just lazy.
