The first step is to use a stairmaster, a long metal pole that looks like a piece of furniture but is actually for balancing. Once you’ve mastered that, you can use the other step as a stepping stone to learn the rest of the steps. So step 1 is balancing on the stairs (which is hard) and step 2 is learning to balance on the stairmaster.
The stairmaster is the big red ‘x’ on the top of the stairs. I have seen this done in action and it really does work.
Just to add some more fun to the experience, you can also use the stairs to climb a small pipe that looks like an elevator shaft. This can be used to scale a roof, but I find it more useful for climbing up a small tree branch (which I have found to be the most difficult part of the game). So step 1 is learning to climb up the tree and step 2 is learning how to climb up the tree.

Like a regular stairway, the new stairs are a bit longer than the normal ones, but the tree might be quite tall. The branches are thin, and you can easily get hurt. A bit of care and carelessness is required to use these stairs. If you fall off a branch, you need to be careful not to just fall off the tree. If you break any of the branch, youll have to be careful to avoid cracking the tree.
