Vietnamese food is a really delicious food that people in the US often overlook. While the Vietnamese do not use the word “cheese” to describe their food, the dish is pretty much the same across the board. I think it is because most Americans are not used to eating it and don’t think it’s a culinary masterpiece. Vietnamese food is delicious and very much worth trying.
