The “A” for “Alterative” is a word that should be thrown back in the dictionary. Because if you are going to be a woman who is “altering” her body shape, you’re going to have to be prepared to do it a lot.

It may be hard to get into, but it is possible. The best way is to start small and add muscle mass as you get stronger and better. And always train to lift weights rather than sprints.
