For me, the most important part of a pr workout is that it’s done outdoors. The first part you do is put on a pair of shorts which cover your ankles and thighs, and a pair of workout pants. You also have to unzip your fly, which is a good idea, because once you do that you can pull your underwear down to the bottom of your thighs and start to work out your abs. Some people like to start with a light workout and go for a full workout later, but I just like to start with a light workout and then work my way up.
When I first saw your link I was like oh I see you are doing a full workout. And then I saw you were doing a half workout, which is the same thing. I wanted to see if you were gonna do two workouts at once.
It’s worth noting that if you do this, you’ll probably not be able to exercise your abs. When you do a full workout, you’ll likely still be burning calories, but you won’t be able to hold a steady pace. As a result, you’ll likely be working your abs much harder than you would if you just started with an easy workout.
You should work out with a friend/group, and not just the standard “I’m trying to lose 5lbs every two weeks” routine. A good friend might be able to give you a decent number of sets in one workout, but be sure to check with your doctor first.

If you’re always on a treadmill or elliptical, you’ll find the workout’s only purpose to be burning extra calories and getting you to the point where you might want to go back to walking.
