I’ve been looking for another sink to replace them so I’m actually interested in where they are available for this job. I’m just not sure if it’s a necessity or not. I’m curious where they are and what type of sinks are available for this job.
Your first sink was a garbage disposal, your second sink is a garbage collection. I would guess they are both types of sinks, but your second sink might not be a sink.
I would imagine that both garbage collection and trash disposals are used in most of the world, so it’s likely that you can find a sink for either of these jobs. (I would guess the garbage collection is more commonly available in the US, but I haven’t been looking for one yet. I would guess the trash disposals are more common in the UK though.
The only way to find out is to find one. I can’t think of any other way to find out.
