Whole food donuts are actually a whole lot tastier than the ones we’re used to. They taste great without the sugary coating of a pastry or candy coating.
A whole food donut is one that contains all the ingredients that go into making a good donut. The dough is made from ingredients that are all natural and they come apart into a bite-sized morsel. The filling is made from the ground up fruit and vegetable mixture, which is then mixed with a powdered sweetener, eggs, and sugar. The result is a moist, thick, delicious treat that goes great with a coffee, juice, or soda.
My personal favorite is the raspberry jam donut. It’s rich, sweet, and delicious, and tastes like its own flavor, if you know what I mean.

I have a recipe for jam donuts that I made in high school, but I don’t think it was a jam donut. I think it was a doughnut filled with peanut butter. This type of donut is a lot more difficult to make, but I think it is an awesome way to eat whole foods in a way that is healthy, and keeps you full. It has a bit more of a crunch, as well as a nice texture.
