If you haven’t heard of a woodlands vegan bistro food truck in your neck of the woods, you haven’t been paying attention. A woodlands vegan bistro food truck has popped up in Portland, Oregon and is now making a name for itself in the Portland area.
All the food trucks we’ve ever run across were from the Portland area and came from Seattle.
They’re a little eccentric but also kind of unique. The food truck menu is all about vegan food, but the food is also pretty good. We had the vegan burger, a veggie burger, a vegan pizza, and a chocolate shake. My favorite was the vegan burger, but others were great too. The food truck is also a great way to get to know a local business.

The Woodland Vegan Bistro has a great menu. I just tried the vegan burger, with the best patty Ive had in a while. The menu is also not too many steps away from the Woodland Vegan Bakery. Both are great places to get food for cheap.

Now, this food truck is made of wood so it is not entirely vegan. It is, however, made with an incredibly healthy blend of organic whole grain flour, organic vegetables, and delicious vegan food. This has a lot of health benefits as well.
