This is my new summer workout routine: 5 sets of 10, 1 set of 5, and 4 sets of 10. I’m only working out in the morning, because I get up between 7:45-8:00 am. I have been doing this for about a year and a half.
This is a new, more advanced version of the routine we used for the first public demo of the game. I’ve been working out like this for a couple of years but don’t think I have ever actually tried it myself. The last time I tried it was back in October 2013. I have been getting a lot of positive feedback from people who use it, so I’m going to keep it up.
5 sets of 10 is not unusual for me. This routine is much more intense than anything I’ve done before. I have usually done about 4 sets, and usually for a few weeks, then I will go back to doing 5 sets. This time, though, I have been doing 5 sets regularly since the beginning of June. I have noticed that doing 5 sets has caused me to get a lot of strong signals from my body telling me that I should do another set.
I think this might be the most intense routine I have ever done. If you have any questions about how I am doing or what I might have done (on the basis of my experience), feel free to ask.
If you’re interested, I will be uploading a sample of my first 5 sets in the near future. I have no idea when I will actually finish doing this routine. Just so you know, it involves a lot of cardio and I’m sure that this routine will take a while.
At the moment my body is telling me that I really should do a set of five. I am starting to see and feel it. In fact, I don’t know if my brain is actually telling me that it is. My body may be telling me that I should do more. But I think what my body is telling me is that I should do a set of five.
You’ll notice that I said five sets, not triples because the last set in that routine is for a total of 10. There are, however, plenty of triples and repeats in the routine. It’s not as bad as you might think. The fact that I mentioned triples and repeats in this article is not because I think you’re all about triples and repeats. It’s simply because I think I’m going to have to do more sets in the near future.
I know I have been working out a sample routine before, but I think I’ll try a new routine for the first time this time around. I have noticed, however, that I have a lot more set-up difficulty with this routine. And I need to make the next set a little harder.
Sure, it has a certain appeal. But when youre trying to get a sample routine in a gym, you get what Im trying to get. Im trying to do better so Im going to have to work with a better routine. If Im not careful, Im going to have to try a sample routine that Im not that good at.
I’m beginning to suspect that the problem is the last routine, which is based off of the same concept. The idea is to do a set of four exercises, and each of those exercises is based off of a certain exercise, and each of those exercises is harder than the last. This is something you would normally do in a workout, but not in the gym.
