This drawing I did while working out was for one of my family’s recent holiday gifts. It was a drawing that showcased their love for the outdoors, and a chance to explore the outdoors in an intimate way, all at the same time. This drawing came from my desire to create something that they would love, and something that they would enjoy.
The more things you do in your life in a specific way, the more you will get that way. I’m sure you’ve seen many people get their hands a bit sore from lifting weights, or running a set, or even just doing the bare minimum all day. These days it seems like everyone is getting a bit more efficient, and that the more time we have, the better we get at it.
And so that makes perfect sense to me. If you want to work out, you gotta get your hands a bit a work out. And for that reason, the first thing that you should do is take up a good stretching routine. You can find a variety of these stretches online, but the best ones are ones that are effective for both your core and arms. For example: 1.

I have a lot of friends who are great painters, but a lot of them are also very unfit. This is a problem for me because I would love to be able to do something that gets me up and moving all the time. I’ve always been interested in martial arts, but I’ve never been able to get an active training routine going. I want to be able to go to a class, make a few friends, and leave.
