The perfect place to exercise, the perfect place to rest, the perfect place to relax, that’s the gym. The same is true in more “personal” settings.
But what happens when you need to do both things? Well, you need to be able to take a break between them, which is why you need a good bench, which is why you need resistance bands, which are useful for both exercises.
Well, this bench is one of the better ones we’ve tried. The adjustable plates make it easy to adjust the resistance of your workout routine based on your body’s ability. And the bands are a nice addition because they aren’t just for the workout, but also for the added benefit of providing a little bit of resistance between you and your workout buddy.
The resistance bands are one of the best parts of this bench, but if you want them to work for your workout as well, check out the freebie pack which includes a few different resistance bands.
The freebie pack includes a set of two bands that are adjustable from 30 to 500 watts, as well as a set of three bands that are adjustable from 15 to 300 watts. Another freebie pack comes with two bands that are adjustable from 10 to 50 watts, and a set of two bands that are adjustable from 5 to 15 watts.
For a price, the bench also comes with four small band holders that hold up to four bands.
It sounds like it would be a fun workout to use, but I wonder if it might be a bit too much for someone on a tight/short timetable. I’d imagine that using resistance bands in a high intensity workout could be pretty taxing on your body if you are not careful. Of course, this is not a problem with just the two freebies, you can get the full kit with six of the smaller bands for $34.99.
I don’t think it would be too much of a problem. The bench is pretty low-tech, so it wouldn’t be too hard to get the hang of it. I also like the fact that it is designed to be able to be used with various kinds of weights, which I think would be a nice addition to any workout routine. It also looks good, which is always a nice bonus.
The workout bench with resistance bands is available for a price of $34.99 as part of the new Freebie Weekend.
I have to say that the workout bench with resistance bands looks awesome. It has a very simple design and a lot of potential. It seems to be quite sturdy and, I suppose, it could be used for a lot of different things. I think the only thing I would change is that it would be a little bit more comfortable if you wanted to sit on it. I would think a lot of people would find it useful.
