This post made me think of my past weekend. I was out of the house (and with an entire bag of groceries) and I decided to take in a movie. I was going to watch A Beautiful Mind, so I thought I would get my ass to the theater to see it. I walked into the theater and as I was walking toward the row of seats, I just about fell down the stairs.
I’m pretty sure I hit my head on the side of the step. My friend and I were both on the dance floor, and a guy was walking up to us, talking on a cell phone and asking if we were going to the movie. It was a nice night, and I had been sitting there for a while, and my hands were in my lap.
I think I was only just able to make the steps to the row with my friend’s help. It was a few steps after I started falling, and I swear I had been trying to go to the left instead of the right. I think my foot was in the same position while I was falling, and my body was in an awkward position as well.
I’m not sure what made that happen. I thought the guy was talking to me, and then he started walking with his arm around me and I realized it wasn’t in fact a guy talking to me at all. It was my arms. And my body was in an awkward position which I now realize was also because I was sitting on the ground.
There’s definitely a ton of potential for injury in any game, and I think it would have been a more significant injury to me if I had fallen onto something and scraped my arm. However, I’m not sure I can think of anything more serious that could have caused my body to react in that way. All I know is that I remember the moment clearly, and I can’t tell you if it actually happened.
I did end up having a slight panic attack during the game, and I dont think the panic meant anything, but I felt like my body was acting all weird, so I had to stop playing. Not sure what actually happened, but I spent most of it wishing I could just stop playing. I dont know why I have this body, and I dont feel like I should have.
After a couple of hours of waiting on the net, I’m finally ready to do something about my body. I just need to find a gym and do something, anything. I mean, I was still able to do one thing at the gym yesterday, but I was stuck doing it in only 1 hour and 4 minutes. I might as well try to get myself as fit as I can as it helps me with the health problems. Or I could start a new blog.
I have seen a couple of the video workouts that I am familiar with before, but I don’t know what is different about this one. I really like the idea of adding some cardio to my workout schedule, which is exactly what I did yesterday. Also, the video has the sound and the music playing. It is an excellent workout and it is a great way to start a new workout routine.

I’ve heard it said that pre-workout cardio is an effective way to kick off any workout, for anyone who doesn’t want to do it on their own. I think you can also find pre-workout cardio workouts on the internet, if you don’t know about them first.
If you’re not doing it on your own, your best bet is to find a gym with a sound system so you can listen to your own music. The best way to do this is to go to a gym you’ve never been to before and then go there to workout. When you’re at a gym that has a sound system you can’t play your own music, find a quiet corner and try to listen to your own music.
