It’s easy to spend time and money on new clothes. But spending money on new clothes is just the beginning. I’ve found that it helps to buy a few yoga band resistance bands to help me keep my “body’s” yoga workout routines in line.
Ive seen a lot of people wear yoga bands as a sign of their commitment to their workout. Ive heard a lot of people complain about how tight their bands get when they try to keep them from slipping. Ive found that a resistance band that you wear on the front of your thigh works just fine. A few more bands will help keep the band on your legs.
