Yoga is an incredible resource when it comes to stretching the body, mind, and spirit. The practice of yoga has been around for more than 6,000 years and continues to grow in popularity. It’s basically a way to work on your flexibility and core strength. Stretch classes and workouts are great, but when it comes to the actual stretching part, yoga is my favorite way, hands down.
