I have been going to the gym for over a decade, and I have to say that my workout routine is probably one of the best I have ever had. I am no longer concerned about it being a 5-minute workout session. I take it and I know I have it. I am also not at all shy about sharing that I workout.
It certainly is important to keep fitness in the forefront of your mind. But, like any other type of exercise, there are things you can do to get in shape that will also help your heart and lungs, lower your cholesterol, and build other parts of your body. Here are a couple of the most important things you can do to get your heart pumping faster and your lungs breathing better.
In an effort to get rid of the weight that is causing chest pain, I like to do a workout, and I like to do it often. I like to go to my gym and do a 5-minute workout session. It’s about 5 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes on the bicycle. That’s about it.
I like to go to my gym to do an elliptical workout. Although I am usually a lazy bastard, I like to go to my gym to get my heart pumping faster and my breathing better. I have to admit that it is a bit of a challenge to do this with a large chest. If you have medium-to-large chest muscles you are going to have to do about 8 minutes on the elliptical and 7 minutes on the bicycle.

No need to go to the gym to burn extra calories. In fact, doing a workout at home can actually help you lose weight and keep your body looking good. These workouts are not as intense as B or C workouts, but are as easy to do and as low-impact as they are.
