I have been wanting to use kettlebells for awhile now, but there are so many kettlebell programs out there, it’s just a matter of getting a good program that you can follow and stick with. If that is all you are looking to do, kettlebells are a great option, but if you want to do more than that, you will find that kettlebells can actually help you reach your goals.

Not to mention that I am probably not the best kettlebell person or person to train with, since I got injured for the first time in my life while training with a kettlebell.

I think they are really well thought out and I couldn’t be happier with them. They are a great tool for weight training for women and for women who want to tone up.
