The internet is a funny place. You can find all sorts of things that you can’t just go into a grocery store and purchase. You can find restaurants, recipes, and videos that are just for fun and entertainment. If you can find them, you can find a lot of things that are incredibly delicious. That makes it a place of entertainment, curiosity, and sheer joy.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to be entertained these days (well, not really because I’m still trying to figure out what the internet is). As a result, I’m all too familiar with food that I know I could eat for hours. I’ll eat it because it tastes good, because it’s tasty, or because I feel like it might be delicious.
You can go crazy with food, and it can be a bit of a challenge. There are so many possible combinations, so many possibilities and so many combinations that you’ll never be able to get your fill. The thing is, though, if you have the right food, you can eat in such a way as to not only satisfy your hunger, but also be full but not overly stuffed.
I should state for the record that I am not looking in this thread for diet tips, recipes, or even ways to lose weight. In fact, I don’t think there is anything that can be done with food that could make it more delicious than it already is, so all I am looking for is ways to make it more enjoyable and more flavorful.
The thing about being full, though, is that you won’t be able to eat as much as you would like. The problem is that you’ll probably have to eat more than you normally would for the same reason you have to eat more than you normally do. It’s not a problem because you can either eat as much as you want or be just as satisfied as you normally would be. There are no “best” portions.
