I see this every time I’m at a club or a show, and I always say to my girl, “Why don’t you go and do the rock thing?” She always says, “Oh, I don’t want to, because I’m too busy.” I have a hard time with this because I know that there are people who are always busy, busy, busy.
I’m not sure this has anything to do with being busy, but I also don’t know how we can make fitness a priority for every single person on the planet. For me, it’s an area of my life that I try to keep at the forefront of my list and not get sidetracked in.
I think the best definition of busy is too busy. I can go all day long and never get tired. I can watch a movie for two hours and not feel tired. I can have a marathon of a television series and not feel tired. I can do my own thing for two weeks and never feel tired. I think that this is actually a good thing and that we should try to get in the habit of being busy. We should try to get in the habit of staying busy.
We need to keep our bodies active to stay healthy. Most of the time though it is so much more active than we are. Sometimes it seems that we just don’t get enough exercise. This often leads to a lack of good health and can cause you to have too much stress from other things that are causing you stress.
Well, actually, we’re here to tell you two things. First, we said that we’re going to keep you busy, and we’re going to keep you busy for the next two weeks. Second, we’re going to show you a few things so that you can help us keep it up.
We are a small company. We have very limited resources. We have to do everything at a very quick pace. We can spend a lot of time on the product, but we have to get that product out the door.
