I’m not sure if I’ve ever received the “burpee hiit” treatment in person. The reason I say this is because I never thought to do it until recently, and I’m definitely not ready to get a burpee either. I do not know if you’re ready to perform burpees, but I am definitely ready to perform burpees. I may or may not have the right tools to perform the burpees I want to do.
