For those of you that haven’t seen the video, this short video covers a few different concepts, especially the most basic. The first concept is a fitness concept called the “cardio power” or “cardio resistance” mentality. This is a term that I have heard a lot of people use in their fitness routines. The second concept is called the “resistance insanity” or the “cardio resistance” mindset.
The third concept is that you should just let your body tell you how to train your heart and lungs. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to train your heart and lungs so that you can take in all the oxygen to burn your body. This is a concept that we use in our own training methods, but we also teach it to our clients and students.
In a cardio workout we train our heart and lungs by creating resistance, which is a form of tension that works your internal organs. We train this by going into the gym and doing some exercises that create a lot of tension and get your heart and lungs working together at a high level. When we train with a goal, it’s much less about creating energy and more about creating resistance. And that’s what we’re talking about in this video.
This is a great example of how we like to teach our clients and students how to create more energy and resistance in their workouts. In this video, we train up to a very high level and then break it up into sets and reps. The idea is to create more resistance in the heart and lungs and to then take it into a high-intensity interval workout.
While this kind of training is great for building strength, it also creates a mental state of insanity. And when it comes to the cardio power part, your brain is going to tell you that this is a very difficult workout and that it might not be optimal for your particular fitness level. But when you take this into a high-intensity interval workout, your brain is more likely to agree and make you believe that it is.
I’d like to think the idea of an insane cardio workout is rather overplayed. But I have heard it said that the best cardio workout is one that’s so high-intensity that someone with no heart or lungs at all would be dead in less than a minute. I think that may be true. So I think that there are some people who should work on their cardio power, but I also think that it’s also important to get a little heart and lung work into every cardio workout.
The thing about cardio power is that it’s really powerful. It makes you work harder and longer. It’s like a good heart attack workout. I think that people who should work on their cardio power are people who have been inactive or lazy for a long time, or people who have been on a diet and want to improve their weight loss. But I think that cardio power is also important for people who want to build muscle, or are trying to burn fat or gain muscle.
The best cardio power workouts are those that are really hard and intense. Of course, anyone who is serious about getting stronger would find an equivalent workout more difficult and difficult. But the best cardio power workouts are also the ones that are not very hard.
The best cardio power workouts are ones that are very short, and not too powerful. This is because at higher intensities your body is working harder and not at all easy. For example, if you go from a 400-meter run to a mile run, you are probably going to be tired. And if you do an 800-meter run at 60 percent of your maximum heart rate, you are probably going to be exhausted.
This happens all the time. It’s called cardio stress. Like all of the other things you do when you exercise, you’re using it to get the most out of your body. That’s also fine, but it can backfire.
