We all have our own pre-workout routine, but this one is a great one to include in your routine to help you maintain proper hydration and avoid those sore joints.
The Cutler has an amazing pre-workout routine. The first time it was given to us, we were not used to it, but the next time we had it, we were able to adapt to it. For starters, we drank lots of water and took a shower, which was great because I was in the middle of a stressful day and it helped refresh me.

It was also nice to have a warm towel on me during the workout, and to hear the music in our ears. We all had so much fun doing it, and we were all tired and sweaty and happy—not just of our workouts, but of our new favorite workout routine.
This particular workout routine has been in the works for the last decade or so, and it’s a pretty good one. It’s an easy one and it’s definitely more workout than cardio, but it is still cardio. It’s not a lot of weight to begin with, but it’s enough to help get your heart rate up and get you to burn some calories.
The workout is pretty light, but its pretty good. It definitely does get your heart rate up, but it isn’t the same as a workout that gets your heart rate up to the point where you need to take in a bunch of calories. Its kind of like an easy 30 minute speed workout, but you get your heart rate up and the workout doesn’t get too much cardio in it.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to overdo it at the gym, and I definitely don’t want to overdo it at home. I mean, I’m already overdoing it at the gym, so this is probably only going to help.
Ive never seen my gym’s cardio machines have a pre-workout option, and I always feel like they are a step too far. Its like you have to spend a whole 10 minutes getting the machine up to its maximum output. Its a little like you are cheating by doing your own cardio, and if you want to look as ripped, you have to burn energy at your own pace.
