Well, I think fitness is a good thing, and Im not going to go on about it here because it is a very personal subject. But I do think it is important for us to try and enjoy ourselves, be healthy, and not overdo it. But even if we overdo it, there are things we can do to take care of ourselves.
We should all be very open to new things. If we don’t like what we see on TV, then we should try and change it. If we don’t like what we see in the movies, then we should see if it’s something that we can appreciate. We don’t like what we see in the movies, but we can make it better.
