Elephant food plant has become one of my favorite ways to consume healthy, wholesome food. There’s something about the smell, the texture, and the taste that makes me feel like I’m eating a real elephant. It’s also one of my favorite ways to lose weight, since it’s not processed, refined, or sugared.
