It is no secret that fitness is a part of my life. I’ve always loved to workout and I’m not afraid to admit it. Whether you are the type of person that likes to sweat it out or you are a more health-conscious athlete, fitness is a huge part of your existence and it truly has helped me to stay on top of my game.
I am not a fitness fanatic by any means, and I certainly don’t have a gym. I mean I still have a fitness habit for sure, but I don’t really do any of the cardio stuff, I just kind of “run.
My own gym is still a ways away from being a reality, but I will say that when you get to that point you really start to see the difference between a gym and a fitness gym. A gym is more like your home’s gym where you will see everyone you know in a gym setting. Fitness gyms, on the other hand, are more like the gym in your gym where you will only see your friends and a couple of the other gym regulars.
For me, the biggest difference is that you are in a real gym while the gym setting in a fitness gym is just a collection of equipment. Also, I’ve only been to a few fitness gyms when I’ve been involved in a gym class, but a lot of the trainers Ive had in the fitness classes I’ve been to were the ones who came up from working out in their home gym.
The real gym setting is that of a gym as a whole. It is a collection of equipment rather than a private gym. And in a gym, you are surrounded by real people, who are your friends, and you will see other people when you go to the locker room.
A fitness class can be an awesome setting for exercise, provided that you are prepared to do it. But a gym setting is just a setting. If you get lost, you might have to start from scratch or just use your old gym. You have to train yourself to be in the gym, and as with any other activity, the best way to do that is to practice.

That is where you will be able to share your workout routine and progress with your fellow FitMissIgnite.com members.
I was very inspired by this. The workouts are amazing and will make a huge difference in your fitness. I’m not sure what I’m hoping to achieve by joining the private group, but I’m hoping my progress there will be noticed by others as well.
I was really hoping that the community of FitMissIgnite.com would notice my workout routine, but this never happened. I think that might have to do with the fact that I signed up to join the private group on my own. I’m sure that if I was on the public group, I would get a lot more attention.
The community is definitely better off without me in it though. The rest of the ladies on the website have already started working out and doing what they want to do, but I’m sure there’s still plenty of room for more of me.
