Food stress balls are the perfect way to relieve stress and anxiety while still in control of your eating habits. They’re made with real food, which allows you to eat as long as you want. Plus, they’re portable, so you can take them anywhere.
Well, I love food stress balls. But like any good stress reliever, you can only take so many before you feel like you need to quit. But once you’re down with one, you’ll never go back.
The food stress balls come in a pack with an optional set of “Meal Stress Balls” which, according to the makers, can be used to help you relax. The idea is that the balls are filled with the same tasty ingredients as the Stress Balls (sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate) and you’ll be able to eat them on your way to work and then feel great afterwards.
The creators of the food stress balls say they’ve only used them in conjunction with the Meal Stress Balls, but I wouldn’t put it past them to say that I used them with other stress balms and that I didn’t have to be at a grocery store for my stress ball fix. I’ll admit it, I didn’t make it to the grocery store so I can’t say for sure.
Stress balls are a little more expensive than the Stress Balls Sugar and Cinnamon, but they actually look pretty tasty, with a little cinnamon drizzle on top. I personally think they’re a great way to take your body back to a more balanced state of sorts and give you a little something to go on that can help you get through the day.
