I actually don’t see this as a great way to burn calories or increase your heart rate. It’s not like you’re going to run out of energy and run through the gym for 90 minutes. I mean, you’re still going to burn calories. It’s just going to happen in different ways.
So the Gymnastics Bar routine is great, but it’s not going to make you into a better athlete. It’s just going to make you like a gymnast more. In reality, you should be able to do the above exercises, without any issues. If you’re going to be doing cardio, you should be doing it with the proper kind of intensity and form.
