I can’t say I’ve ever done a really good one, but I’ll definitely say I’ve done a decent one. The only thing that’s been really difficult for me is trying to do a double-twisting backbend. I’ve heard people that have done it say they’ve only done it once and that it was a nightmare, but I know there are plenty of people that have done it, and it’s a really fun, fast, and effective exercise.
With the right amount of attention, you can probably do a great backbend. But if you don’t pay attention and you over do it, you might fall down.
Its a good one, and I’ve done it twice in the past 2 years, but the only time I’ve ever been in serious pain was when I did a backbend, which I do every morning.
